Refund policy
We want your Snap Gasket experience to be a good one. If you are satisfied with your purchase, we know you're more likely to buy from us again. With that in mind, here are our product return policies.
If we made an error and sent you the wrong size gasket. If the gasket you received is damaged or defective. Or if there is a difference between the website description and the gasket you received:
We will exchange it for the correct item free of charge. If you would prefer a refund instead - we can do that, too. We may ask that you return the incorrect item. In that case we will send you a pre-paid label for the return.
If you decide you would like a refund, once your returned product is received and inspected, we will credit your original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to appear on your financial statement.
If you made an error when choosing your gaskets, within 30 days of receiving your gasket(s) you may initiate a return:

- You pay for return shipping - Initiate a return by calling or emailing us. Ship the gasket(s) back to us in new condition. We will refund the sales price after inspection of the returned gaskets. All of our gaskets are custom made, so a 30% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
Once your returned product(s) is received and inspected, a credit will be posted to your original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 business days for your credit to appear on your financial statement.

- We pay for return shipping and deduct the cost from the refund - Initiate a return by calling or emailing us. We can generate a return label and send it to your email. Using the label we sent, ship the gasket(s) back to us in new condition. After we receive and inspect the gasket(s) we will refund the sales price minus the cost of the shipping label we sent you. Our gaskets are custom made, so a 30% restocking fee may also be deducted from your refund.
